Please note that we are looking for an exceptional and creative UI/UX designer who can help us build the future state of our SaaS platform. You need to have a highly creative and out of the box thinking for designs that are futuristic. Kindly apply only if you fit this need and have the necessary background. We are also looking for someone who can start immediately as this is an urgent need. These roles is based out of office in Hyderabad Hi-Tech city area. You are required to work onstie in the office all 5 days of the week. We strongly believe that teamwork and committed people working together build amazing products. Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of building sleek, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces that elevate the experience for our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex problems into elegant and user-centric designs. If you're passionate about creating cutting-edge interfaces and pushing the boundaries of traditional HR tech design, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent, seamless, and delightful user experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed flawlessly.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and evolving product requirements.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the table to challenge traditional HR tech design norms.
• Design for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that the platform is usable by a diverse audience.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer for a leading or well-known platform. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of modern design principles, including user-centered design, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Creative thinker who can solve complex problems with simple, intuitive solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional design approaches, with a focus on innovation and experimentation.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in HR Tech or with SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to contribute to or build one from scratch.
