• Lead the proposal development process in APAC, from interpreting client briefs to

• Serve as a senior creative strategist for high-value regional and global partnerships,

• Partner with analysts, content creators, producers, and media strategists to bring forward

• Champion insight-led thinking, ensuring proposals draw on audience data, market

• Contribute to the development of regional and global "turn-key" packages that accelerate

• Work closely with APAC sales and the Director of Creative Content, APAC, to ensure

• Collaborate with regional Partnership Leads to nurture and expand high-value client

• Ensure constant feedback loops between delivery and strategy to embed performance

• Act as a thought partner within APAC, helping shape regional growth opportunities and

• 8 plus years' experience in creative strategy, branded partnerships, or integrated

• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful marketing and thought leadership solutions

• Strong storytelling and proposal development skills, with experience crafting narratives

• Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional writing ability and design sensibility.
• Experience working across APAC markets, with sensitivity to cultural nuance and regional

• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and disciplines in a fast-paced

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content formats, and performance optimisation

• A collaborative, curious, and high-energy mindset with a passion for impact-driven
