Role Overview

Creative Strategist


Key Responsibilities-

Creative Campaign Development

  • Develop original campaign concepts tailored to clients' brand goals, audience, and platform dynamics.
  • Craft compelling narratives and briefs for influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging.

Strategic Planning

  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from ideation to execution, including influencer selection, content themes, and distribution plans while ensuring there’s synergy between what’s planned and what’s being executed.
  • Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions.

Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, pitch ideas, and refine strategies based on feedback.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign plans to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Partner with internal teams (accounts, production, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that meets both brand and creator objectives.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.


Qualifications-

Experience

  • 2+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, or advertising.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer-led campaigns.

Creative Vision & Execution

  • Strong storytelling and conceptual skills with an eye for visually engaging content.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.

Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively.
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.

Leadership

  • Capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
