Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies and campaign ideas that align with brand goals, cultural trends, and audience insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to bring strategies to life across multiple platforms (social, digital, ATL/BTL).
• Conduct competitor, audience, and trend research to inform strategic and creative thinking.
• Craft sharp creative briefs, communication strategies, and campaign narratives that inspire impactful work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and present concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Evaluate performance of campaigns and optimize strategies based on learnings.
• Stay on top of pop culture, platform innovations, and emerging formats to keep ideas fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in

  creative strategy / brand strategy / social media strategy

  — ideally at a creative agency, digital agency, or fast-paced brand.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and digital communication.
• Proven experience crafting ideas or campaigns that have been executed successfully.
• Excellent research, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically while collaborating across teams.
• Passion for trends, culture, and innovative marketing ideas.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on influencer marketing, content marketing, or performance-led campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools for audience insights, social listening, or campaign analytics.
• Experience writing scripts, campaign decks, or creative narratives.
• Previous experience in FMCG.
