Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative manager who will be able to interpret business requirements and briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions. The creative manager will be responsible to work with a team of designers to produce online and offline creative solutions to address our marketing, sales and other departmental needs. To be successful in this role, he/ she should have in-depth knowledge of creative principles including graphic design, typography, composition, scale, color theory, motion graphics, photography, videography, etc. as well as excellent communication and team management skills.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Distill business requirements and needs into refined, elegant creative solutions.
  • Produce strategically sound conceptual work and bring it to life through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation and all the way through post-production.
  • Pitch ideas and present the creative vision to stakeholders, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
  • Develop and implement concepts and strategies for various marketing campaigns which includes but not restricted to designing of brochures, flyers, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, social media creatives, video graphic packages, E-books, posters, logos etc
  • Develop merchandise strategy and expression to create brand assets, office branding, stationery, large format printing.
  • Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs to create presentations and proposal documents, templates, infographics, animations.
  • Work with creative team, manage the workflow of designers, and ensuring excellence in creative outputs and deliver a high-end customer experience for our clients.
  • Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various team members and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to quickly address their needs.
  • Work on multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in a creative/ design management role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of art, copy, and layout principles, with expertise in communication design, digital design, and print production (including finishes).
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating skills in motion graphics, video editing, campaign ideation, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience in large-format and spatial branding for events, offices, and exhibitions.
  • Ability to develop compelling data visualizations and infographics to simplify complex consulting or industry insights.
  • Skilled in managing end-to-end office/event branding and large-format design projects.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and presentation design capabilities.
