Creative Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce exceptional work.
2. Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand goals and marketing objectives.
3. Manage the entire creative workflow, from brainstorming and ideation to final delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
4. Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback on all visual, written, and multimedia content.
5. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital ads, social media, websites, and print materials.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to understand project requirements and deliver strategic creative solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects and campaigns.
3. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
4.  Exceptional communication, presentation, and team management skills.
5.  Deep understanding of branding, marketing principles, and industry trends.
