Casagrand is in need to search for a new creative manager who has experience in creating social media, creatives, having skills in All Adobe products, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and having good creative knowledge. experience 8 to 12 years , having team management skills.

Lead and manage the creative team, providing direction, mentorship, and guidance.

Conceptualize, design, and oversee ad creatives for digital, print, social media, and video campaigns.

Plan, execute, and supervise video shoots, ensuring high-quality output.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Evaluate and approve final creative outputs before client delivery.

Stay updated with the latest trends in design, advertising, and digital marketing.

Skill Set Required:

Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.

Expertise in creating ad creatives for all sizes and formats.

Hands-on knowledge of camera handling and video production.

Excellent team leadership and project management skills.

Ability to conceptualize campaigns from start to finish.
