Job Overview:

Creative Director


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop intuitive and visually striking creative concepts across marketing touchpoints.
  • Strategize and deliver assets tailored to each stage of the marketing funnel—Attention, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct regular creative reviews to uphold brand standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design techniques.
  • Provide art direction for product presentations and visual elements.
  • Translate ideas into impactful visual storytelling using typography, videography, and graphic design.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital art direction, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong expertise in typography, image editing, illustration, and animation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; animation tool knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for design accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution with a strategic mindset.
