Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Content Head cum Account Manager who can combine strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and client management skills to deliver exceptional results.
If you can brainstorm campaign ideas, guide content creation, manage clients, and bring brand stories to life — this is your stage to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Content Leadership

  • Develop creative content strategies for multiple brands across industries (healthcare, real estate, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the design, video, and copy teams to produce engaging social media content.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and objectives.
  • Analyze trends and recommend new creative formats (Reels, influencer ideas, campaign hashtags, etc.).

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing and creative strategies.
  • Manage timelines, feedback loops, and campaign approvals.
  • Present monthly reports, campaign results, and future strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and design teams to ensure 360° brand execution.

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee execution of social media, SEO, and performance campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
  • Review ad copies, visuals, and videos before publishing.
  • Suggest creative ad angles and storytelling ideas for campaigns.

Content Oversight

  • Review, edit, and refine content written by the team — ensuring clarity, creativity, and strategic relevance.
  • Develop content pillars, hooks, and storytelling directions for each client.
  • Maintain a consistent brand presence across all client platforms.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or client servicing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and content performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands efficiently.
  • A creative thinker who can balance storytelling with strategy.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, real estate, or lifestyle branding.
  • Background in copywriting, creative direction, or campaign ideation.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and social media analytics tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
