These institutions offer a variety of degrees, certificates, and professional courses to meet the needs of aspiring youth. Role Description


Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand strategy of the organization.
  • Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team including designers, content creators, videographers, and editors.
  • Establish creative standards, guidelines, and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align creative initiatives with organizational objectives.

Creative & Conceptual Development

  • Develop innovative ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, digital content, social media, events, and promotions.
  • Oversee concept development, storyboards, scripts, layouts, and visual directions.
  • Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.

Project & Team Management

  • Plan and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively within the creative team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, sales, production, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets.

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Guide content strategy for digital platforms including websites, social media, video platforms, and advertisements.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels.

Quality Control & Performance

  • Review creative performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright laws, brand standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.


Experience Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns and brand projects.
