You'll lead KSHM's creative vision across campaigns, shoots, and brand storytelling, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to build a culturally relevant, high-impact brand.

What you'll do:

Own and execute KSHM's creative vision across brand, content, and campaigns

Conceptualize and direct photo & video shoots end-to-end

Provide strong creative and shoot direction to photographers, videographers, and stylists

Apply solid lighting knowledge (natural, studio, on-location) to elevate visual output

high-impact creative output with a scrappy, resourceful approach

Lead a lean team of designers, editors, cinematographers, and creatives

Collaborate closely with social media, influencer, and performance marketing teams

Translate business and marketing goals into compelling creative storytelling

Manage production timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

What we're looking for:

36 years of experience in a creative leadership role (brand / agency / media)

Strong portfolio showcasing shoot execution, storytelling, and campaign thinking

Hands-on experience with shoot direction and production

Strong eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and mood creation

Ability to balance big ideas with fast, scrappy execution in a startup environment

Comfortable leading teams while staying deeply involved in execution
