Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of large-scale thematic and tactical campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL platforms.
• Oversee storytelling across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.
• Guide the team in crafting short-form and long-form copy, scripts, and other content formats for diverse audiences and mediums.
• Repurpose content creatively to maximize engagement across different channels.
• Inspire, mentor, and guide creative teams to deliver exceptional work.
• Collaborate with internal teams, marketing managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life from brief to execution.
• Set the creative tone and foster integrated thinking, ensuring all outputs align with the brand's vision.
• Oversee the development of social media content, ensuring it aligns with target audience behaviors and trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• 810 years of experience in a creative leadership role at top-tier agencies, with a strong background in digital and mainline advertising.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns for national and international brands.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, and content optimization across platforms.
• Experience in directing TV spots and other large-scale creative executions is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
