Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Creative Direction: Oversee all creative aspects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and our agency’s standards for quality and innovation.

● Develop Strategic Concepts: Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and translate them into compelling, results-driven digital strategies.

● Inspire and Mentor: Guide and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

● Project Oversight: Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in creative standards across all deliverables.

● Client Collaboration: Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, articulating our vision and ensuring their needs and goals are met.

● Trendspotting and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new tools and technologies to keep our creative offerings cutting-edge and competitive.

● Quality Assurance: Review final creative outputs, ensuring they meet both client expectations and agency standards for quality, brand alignment, and audience engagement.

Key Qualifications:

● 10-15 years of experience in a digital agency, with a proven record in creative leadership roles.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Marketing) from a reputable institution.

● Creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital campaigns, including social media, video content, web, and mobile design.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, branding, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.

● Leadership ability to inspire, coach, and develop creative talent, ensuring team productivity and engagement.

● Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other design and project management tools.

● Strong project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Skills:

● Experience in data-driven creative strategies, understanding analytics to enhance creative output.

● Familiarity with video production, animation, and motion graphics.

● Prior experience with multi-channel campaign management and branding in digital environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
