We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive

the development of innovative, impactful, and engaging marketing campaigns. You will play a key

role in shaping our creative strategy, delivering high-quality content, and ensuring our brand voice

and visual identity remain consistent across all projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the creative vision and strategy for clients and internal brand campaigns.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, motion

designers, and other creative professionals.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, strategy, and account management teams to

understand client needs and develop creative solutions.

Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative deliverables across digital, social

media, print, video, and web platforms.

  • Ensure all creative work aligns with client branding guidelines, campaign goals, and industry

best practices.

  • Review and approve creative concepts, storyboards, designs, and final outputs before

delivery.

  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and tools to push creative

boundaries.

  • Manage project timelines, creative budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and

on-budget delivery.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their business

objectives and providing strategic creative guidance.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 4-7 years) in a creative leadership role within a marketing

agency or similar environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, branding,

digital content, video, and design.

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere

Pro, etc.).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert business objectives into creative

solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and content marketing.
  • Passion for creativity, design, and storytelling.
