Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to help take our brand and clients' brands to the next level through sharp insights, multi-channel campaigns, and measurable results. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner for our clients—identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. You’ll understand their marketing needs and propose tailored digital strategies. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently advise clients on digital strategies while driving lead generation and conversions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses navigate and grow in the digital landscape. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, outreach (LinkedIn, cold emails/calls). Guide leads through the sales funnel, right from initial contact to conversion Understand client needs, pitch relevant digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, branding, etc.), and offer solutions that match their goals. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects—assess their digital presence and recommend tailored solutions (SEO, ads, content, branding, etc.) Sales Target O wn ership: Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets. Proposal & Pitch Development: Build compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing service plans in collaboration with internal teams. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management: Maintain active communication with leads, build trust, and guide them through the sales funnel. Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on outreach performance and lead quality using internal tools and data sources. Market Awareness: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, agency practices, and competitor offerings to position organization effectively. Additionally Work closely with internal teams to align proposals with realistic execution plans Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and deals using internal systems Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports on lead quality, conversion performance, and pipeline health Build long-term client relationships by maintaining regular communication and offering consultative support even post-sale Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure the client’s expectations are aligned and exceeded Requirements Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Branding) 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing consulting Ability to explain digital solutions in simple, value-driven terms Strong communication, consulting, and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills A data-driven approach to prospecting and conversion Prior experience in a marketing agency or B2B services environment is preferred Ability to explain marketing solutions clearly to non-technical clients Experience handling inbound and outbound lead funnels Prior agency experience or B2B service background is preferred Why Join Us?
