Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

• Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).

• Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and campaign strategy.

• Familiarity with AI tools, digital marketing basics, and sales strategies.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse creative team.
