Creative Director

What You’ll Do

 Lead the creative direction across all branding, social media, video, and event campaigns.

 Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create powerful visuals, taglines, and stories.

 Conceptualize ideas for events, launch campaigns, and digital narratives.

 Manage designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and quality.

 Translate complex ideas into simple, inspiring creative concepts.

 Stay updated with design, content, and digital trends — and bring innovation to our communication style.

What We are Looking For

 3+ years of experience in creative roles (agency/startup experience preferred).

 Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling.

 Good eye for design, color, typography, and aesthetics.

 Hands-on experience with social media, video content, and campaign ideation.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.
