The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead projects from concept to delivery. You’ll be responsible for translating client briefs into powerful creative ideas, steering projects through every stage of production, and managing a talented team of Associate Creative Directors, designers, writers, and freelancers.

What you’ll do

• Translate client briefs into creative strategies and ideas
• Ideate across formats - social, digital, film, static, and experiential
• Lead projects across all stages: concept, scripting, execution, post, delivery
• Manage a creative team + resources across multiple projects
• Pitch and present ideas to clients, confidently and effectively
• Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life
• Stay on top of trends and recommend freelance talent as needed

Who you are

You’ve led campaigns that break through the noise, no matter the medium, and you juggle multiple projects like a pro. You can seamlessly guide teams from pitch to delivery, have a strong visual eye, and know how to build a deck that tells a compelling story. You’re confident pitching your vision to clients, constantly plugged into what’s happening in the world, and always on the lookout for new inspiration. Your network includes top-tier freelance talent you can call on when the project demands it. Basically-you’ve got it covered.

7+ years experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)

Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution

Experience across formats: film, digital, social, experiential, static

Skilled at multitasking and managing people, projects, and timelines

Excellent deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills

Content-obsessed, trend-savvy, and culture-forward

Bonus: Connected to freelance talent (directors, designers, writers, etc.)
