We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative, impactful, and brand-centric ideas across campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with outstanding design and conceptual skills, ensuring our agency consistently delivers work that inspires audiences, empowers the team, and achieves client objectives.
Creative Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and mentor designers, graphic artists, and motion artists to push creative boundaries.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts from ideation to execution across multiple platforms (digital, print, film, social, experiential).
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with Account Leads, Social Media Strategists, and Paid Media teams to align creative strategies with client goals.
- Translate client briefs into innovative campaigns that balance creativity with measurable effectiveness.
Quality & Innovation
- Maintain high creative standards, ensuring work is on brand, on brief, and within deadlines.
- Introduce new trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output and keep the agency ahead of the curve.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the creative team, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct regular check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and resolve performance issues proactively.
- Mentor team members, fostering professional growth, skill development, and a collaborative culture.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and lead the annual appraisal process for creative team members.
Client Engagement
- Present and articulate creative ideas to clients with clarity, passion, and rationale.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through a deep understanding of client industries and audiences.
Software & Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite - Required (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Figma - Good to Know
- Film Development Process - Script through final delivery
- Gen AI - Adequate Knowhow of Text, Image and Video generation
Operational Excellence
- Manage workload distribution, timelines, and resourcing within the creative department.
- Oversee external vendors (photographers, film crews, freelancers, production houses) when required.
