Creative Director

As a Creative Director, your role will involve leading the creative vision for the brand across various platforms such as digital, print, video, experiential, and social media. You will be managing and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team comprising graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, videographers, and freelancers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the concepting, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns from ideation to final execution. It will also be crucial for you to maintain and evolve the brand identity and guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and visual style. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams is essential to align creative work with business objectives. Additionally, presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders confidently and integrating feedback into future iterations is a key aspect of this role. Keeping updated on creative, design, and cultural trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant is necessary. Furthermore, managing the creative budget, allocating resources efficiently, and overseeing vendor relationships when applicable are part of your responsibilities.
