We are looking for a Creative Director who can blend visionary creativity with practical leadership— someone who not only ideates but also executes with a strong hold on social media strategies, brand positioning, and team management.

*Key Responsibilities*:

• Lead the creative strategy for campaigns, events, and digital projects.
• Oversee design, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
• Develop innovative social media strategies to strengthen brand presence across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align creative concepts with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide the creative team to foster innovation, accountability, and growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.

*Requirements*:-

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Creative Director / Senior Creative / Social Media Head role, preferably in event management, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign building.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, analytics, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to handle clients, present ideas, and manage feedback effectively.
