Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong foundation in storytelling and creative writing to lead our content strategy and narrative direction across campaigns, pitches, and brand communications. This role will be at the heart of shaping our tone of voice, conceptualizing compelling ideas, and ensuring consistent, high-quality written output across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts with a writing-first approach.
• Craft engaging narratives for campaigns, brand stories, scripts, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels.
• Review and refine all major copy to ensure quality, clarity, and impact.
• Mentor and guide copywriters, content strategists, and creative team members.
• Stay updated on cultural trends, audience insights, and storytelling innovations.
• Present creative concepts and scripts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in creative writing, advertising, or brand storytelling, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional copywriting and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles — from long-form brand narratives to snappy campaign copy.
• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and inspire teams.
• Strong understanding of how words and visuals work together to create impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred experience in advertising, media, or entertainment sectors or a background in scriptwriting, brand films, or content marketing.
