Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field. - Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or brand environment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, campaign ideation, and high-level design execution. - Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and visual storytelling. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion graphics or video production is an added advantage.
