Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our brand storytelling across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional creative direction, leadership, and communication skills, capable of inspiring innovation and ensuring top-quality creative output across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the creative direction for all brand campaigns, digital content, and visual communication.

Collaborate closely with strategy, content, design, and media teams to conceptualize and execute brand ideas.

Translate client objectives into engaging creative strategies and visual narratives.

Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all deliverables.

Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Review and approve design, copy, and campaign concepts before client presentation.

Stay updated with design trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to keep the agency’s creative output ahead of the curve.

Present creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field

Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or brand environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy, campaign ideation, and high-level design execution.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and visual storytelling.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion graphics or video production is an added advantage.
