Creative Director

Role Overview: Brandtech+ (formerly known as OLIVER+) is seeking a GenAI Creative Director to join their global team of creative thinkers, tech-savvy trendsetters, and production pros. As a part of The Brandtech Group, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver visually stunning and impactful creative work. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing conceptual and design projects, ensuring the quality of ideas and end-to-end design execution. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate and influence the creative team to strive for excellence in performance - Monitor the quality of design projects and seek feedback - Manage the timely delivery of all projects considering clients" requirements - Implement innovative ways to maximize efficiency and productivity - Coordinate team meetings, work review meetings, and knowledge sharing - Attend client meetings, develop accounts, and stay updated on global creative trends - Work with the workflow manager to allocate design talent effectively - Act as a brand guardian to ensure design collateral aligns with brand guidelines - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-level client service - Manage, train, and mentor staff to enhance productivity and morale - Combine design expertise, creativity, and leadership with commercial acumen Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with a strong focus on digital design - Experience in directing complex design projects involving senior stakeholders - Strong creative skills with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to design details - Deep technical design skills in one or more disciplines - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and related software - Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic team player - Director-level written and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively manage creative teams and mentor team members Additional Details: Brandtech+ has ambitious environmental goals focused on sustainability, with science-based emissions reduction targets.
