Role Overview

This is not a typical writing role. We’re looking for a versatile content creator and storyteller with strong communication skills, industry curiosity, and on-camera confidence. You will simplify complex design ideas, craft multi-format content, and represent Zyeta’s voice across digital channels—building trust, engagement, and brand presence through compelling narratives and creator-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

• Create high-impact content aligned with Zyeta’s brand voice across websites, blogs, research articles, case studies, social media, and campaigns.
• Turn design thinking, workplace strategy, and industry insights into relatable, engaging stories for leaders and wider audiences.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across formats and channels.

Video, Reels, Podcasts & On-Camera Content

• Write scripts for videos, thought-leadership reels, and podcasts—crafted for clarity, retention, and shareability.
• Confidently host or feature in brand videos, podcasts, and events as Zyeta’s on-camera voice.
• Help shape storylines, hooks, and formats to maximize audience interest and completion rates.

Social-First, Engagement & Virality

• Create content designed to earn attention—engagement-driven, share-worthy, and audience-focused.
• Experiment with formats, narratives, and creative concepts to balance virality + value.
• Build content that strengthens Zyeta’s position as a modern, credible, and aspirational brand.

Campaigns, Collaboration & Culture-Led Content

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns, contests, and culture-driven activities.
• Engage colleagues and stakeholders to bring brand stories to life and increase internal participation.
• Support content planning and execution with strong coordination and follow-through.

Industry Curiosity & Thought Leadership

• Stay proactive in tracking industry trends, client expectations, and emerging workplace narratives.
• Ensure Zyeta is consistently positioned as a forward-thinking industry voice through timely, relevant content.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Design, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related creative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in creative content writing, content marketing, or architecture/design communications.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills across B2B and social formats.
• Comfort and confidence speaking on camera for videos, reels, podcasts, and events.
