Position Overview: The Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company’s product strategy and technology vision. The CPTO will drive innovation, ensure alignment between product development and technology capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver highquality, scalable products and services. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in both product management and technology, capable of translating business objectives into actionable strategies and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: o Develop and implement a comprehensive product and technology strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. o Collaborate with the executive team to define the company’s vision and strategic direction, ensuring that product and technology initiatives support these goals.

2. Product Management: o Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product design, development, and post-launch analysis. o Define product roadmaps, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful product releases. o Drive innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies that can enhance the company’s product offerings.

3. Technology Leadership: o Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the company’s product vision and ensures the scalability, security, and performance of technology systems. o Lead the technology team in adopting best practices, modern development methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies. o Ensure the integration of technology with product development processes to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions.

4. Team Management: o Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across product management, engineering, and technology functions. o Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product and technology teams. o Set clear goals and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support to team members.

5. Stakeholder Communication: o Communicate product and technology strategies, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including the executive team, board of directors, and other departments. o Represent the company in external engagements, including partnerships, industry conferences, and customer interactions.

6. Budget and Resource Management: o Develop and manage budgets for product and technology initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities. o Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes within budget.
