Finance Manager We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical know-how, capable of optimizing financial operations and supporting leadership with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day finance operations AP, AR, bank reconciliation, general ledger. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy. Conduct financial performance analysis and reporting for senior leadership. Manage internal/statutory audits and ensure IRDAI and tax compliance. Oversee statutory filings GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, Income Tax, and ROC. Monitor cash flows and working capital; identify funding needs and risks. Streamline processes to enhance financial efficiency and internal & Experience: 5-6 years of experience in finance, with team management exposure preferred. Prior experience in a CA firm or corporate finance environment is a plus. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally; financial modeling expertise is a bonus.
