Experience Requirement Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years Specific Field: Mechanical Maintenance (Machine Shop) Experience Details: Preferred in machine shop maintenance activities, hands-on experience with CNCs (VMC, HMC), SPMs, Gantry, and Robot systems. Additional Responsibilities Maintenance of all HMCs, VMCs, SPMs, and other equipment in the machine shop. Achieve zero safety incidences in the machine shop. Maintain 5S score in the machine shop. Adhere to all safety discipline norms. Handle day-to-day maintenance issues in the machine shop. Update shop breakdown history analysis. Resolve daily machine and equipment-related quality breakdown issues. Keep various maintenance reports. Execute PM in the machine shop and update in Cummins System. Installation and commissioning of new machines. Undertake projects to improve maintenance KPIs. Ensure 100% PM compliance per planned schedule. Monitor the Maximo system for timely completion of work orders. Maintain and improve housekeeping standards. Implement safety practices such as LOTO, risk assessments, and work permits. Maintain uptime/MTBF/MTTR of all critical equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and CNC machines. Implement safety systems in the machine shop. Guide staff to achieve their targets. Skills & Competencies Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing fundamentals. Good communication skills. Basic computer operating knowledge. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach. Team player. Basic knowledge of health and safety. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (advantageous). This role include understanding of Hardware systems design / redesign requirements and generate project proposals including technology feasibility study, architectural design, System requirements management, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
