Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage and lead a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines and optimize resources. Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing processes. Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations. Implement cost control measures and manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety practices and operational procedures.
