Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Operation Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams to enhance performance and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5-15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
