URGENT REQUIREMENT
Factory Manager
Location: Vasai East - Mumbai
We are pleased to inform you about a new opening for the position of Factory Manager at our Vasai unit.- Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production activities.
Manage and lead manpower efficiently with strong team management skills.
Develop and implement effective production planning and scheduling.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor factory performance and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in factory operations, production planning, and manpower handling.
Preference for candidates with experience in building materials manufacturing (cement, tiles, Glass etc.) or engineering industries.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Open to working from our Vasai East factory unit.
Qualification:
BE Civil / Mechanical / Production Engineering
Other Details:
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Salary: As per company norms
