Job brief Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all manufacturing processes. Plant Manager Job Duties The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities ? Plan, organize and run day-to-day operations for day and night shifts. ? Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and utilities. ? Recruit, manage and train plant staff. ? Increase production and assets utilization while maintaining current quality standards ? Collect and analyse data to eliminate waste processes, material or time ? Develop and maintain systems that track and optimize productivity, establish metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets ? Address employees grievances ? Maintain good housekeeping Requirements and skills ? Proven work experience as a Plant Manager of wire drawing industry ? Good understanding of o Wire rod descaling and cleaning o Die Cooling and Drum Cooling o Die Geometry and die wear rate o Drawing Speed and production calculation. o Cast and Helix of Wire. ? Prior experience in Mig Welding Wire manufacturing will be beneficial ? Computer literacy ? Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Production-Welding Electrodes & Wires, SS Pipes. Location-On-site in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh Experience- Minimum three years in Wire Drawing Industry Language - Hindi and English
