Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders based on departmental requirements. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of material, ensuring no disruption to business operations. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and update inventory systems. Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records. GST & Compliance: Manage all purchase-related GST (Goods and Services Tax) processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
