You will be responsible for ensuring that the store achieves the given targets and analyzing sales trends. Achieving ABV growth and ABV targets will be a key focus, along with increasing the conversion ratio. It is important to adhere to store operations timings and conduct daily staff meetings. Maintaining the interior and exterior of the store as per company standards is essential. Administrative duties such as leave approval, attendance management, filing documents, and ensuring security measures are in place need to be handled efficiently. Changing displays of goods, schemes, and offers on a daily basis and informing customers accordingly is part of the role. Proper banking and cash management, including managing cash from tills and maintaining records, are crucial tasks. Ensuring that store staff adhere to policies such as uniform standards, housekeeping, and grooming is necessary. Maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation is important. Efforts to reduce costs at the store level should be made consistently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
