Role Overview

As the Costing Manager, you will be the financial custodian of our high-rise Mivan projects. You will prepare and manage project budgets, control costs across the lifecycle, and ensure that our teams are supported with accurate and timely cost insights. You will be working at the intersection of engineering and finance, ensuring that every decision adds both technical and commercial value.

What You Will Be Doing

·      You will prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and BOQs for high-rise residential projects.

·      You will monitor project expenditures continuously, highlight variances, and implement corrective measures.

·      You will work with procurement and contracts teams to negotiate vendor rates, finalize contracts, and drive value engineering.

·      You will provide real-time cost data and reports to management, enabling faster and better decision-making.

·      You will mentor and guide junior cost engineers and QS team members, building a strong pipeline of talent.

·      You will benchmark costs across projects and recommend optimization strategies that improve margins without compromising quality.

·      You will support feasibility studies and cash flow forecasting for upcoming projects.

What You Bring

·      A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); a postgraduate qualification in Costing/Construction Management/Finance is a plus.

·      3-4 years of hands-on experience in cost management within the real estate or construction industry.

·      Proven exposure to high-rise residential projects.

·      Strong grip on construction rates, market trends, material benchmarking, and value engineering.

·      Proficiency in Excel and cost management tools like Candy/CCS, Primavera, or similar software.

·      Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving mindset.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
