Job Description

Analyze daily sales and consumption data to monitor cost trends and identify anomalies.
Perform cost variance analysis to detect and address areas of inefficiency and loss.
Provide regular cost control advice and recommendations to management and operations teams.
Identify and report cost leakages, wastage, and pilferage across operations.
Scrutinize purchase orders, invoices, and procurement activities for accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate closely with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory control.
Monitor stock usage and perform regular audits to verify accuracy in stock records.
Send daily, weekly, and monthly cost-related reports and dashboards to management.
Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in cost control within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
