Cost Accounting & Analysis

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track production costs (materials, labor, overhead).
• Analyze cost variances and report discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs.
• Conduct product costing and profitability analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Track expenditures to ensure adherence to budget limits.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare cost reports highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support financial statement preparation with accurate cost data.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams for data accuracy.

Inventory Valuation & Control

• Oversee inventory costing for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure proper valuation.
• Track inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.

Standard Costing & Variance Analysis

• Implement and maintain standard costing systems.
• Analyze production costs and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Update standard costs in bills of materials and validate cost of goods sold.

Strategic Decision Support

• Provide insights for cost optimization and strategic planning.
• Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Present cost analysis findings to senior management
