Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality, instructor-led training sessions (online and offline) on a range of cybersecurity topics, including network security, ethical hacking, incident response, and risk management.

· Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments that align with industry standards and specific certification exam objectives (CompTIA, EC-Council, ISACA).

· Hands-On Learning: Facilitate practical, lab-based sessions and real-world simulations to ensure practical skill development and a deep understanding of concepts and tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, SIEM tools).

· Mentorship and Support: Mentor and coach learners, provide constructive feedback on their progress, and offer guidance to help them prepare for certification exams and career readiness.

· Industry Alignment: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new developments into training modules to maintain relevance.

· Assessment & Reporting: Evaluate learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical exams. Maintain accurate training records and metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education and Experience:

· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Minimum of 3+ years of practical, verifiable experience in the cybersecurity domain (e.g., penetration testing, security analysis, or threat hunting) or in professional/academic training.

Certifications:

· Possession of relevant, active industry certifications is highly desirable (and often mandatory for teaching specific courses). Examples include:

o CompTIA: Security+, Network+, CySA+, CASP+

o EC-Council: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CND (Certified Network Defender), CISA (Certified SOC Analyst)

o ISACA: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of networking protocols, system administration (Linux/Windows), ethical hacking methodologies, incident response, and security operations.

· Proficiency with security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and SIEM technologies.

· Familiarity with cloud security principles (AWS/Azure preferred) and secure coding practices.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

· Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management skills.

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

· High level of ethics and integrity, given access to sensitive information and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,812.19 - ₹90,395.24 per month
