Role: Host live, interactive webinars with small customer groups, explain MostEdge solutions, discuss current affairs, and convert leads subtly through conversation.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct daily/weekly small-group webinars for customers.
· Teach product usage, share case studies & industry insights.
· Moderate discussions on current events & business trends.
· Create high engagement sessions with polls, Q&A & challenges.
· Identify buying signals and soft-sell services, without pushy selling.
· Work closely with marketing for content & calendar planning.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
· Teaching/Training experience (corporate or academic).
· Confidence to talk to senior clients & manage group dynamics.
· Ability to make sessions fun, interactive and business-relevant.
· Basic sales skills: objection handling, value articulation.
· Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, Teams, WebinarJam).
Preferred Qualification
· 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Corporate Training
Experience in Training, Sales, Customer Success or EdTech
