Role Overview: As a Corporate Trainer at Kalamandir Jewellers, your main responsibility will be to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging training sessions for staff members across all branches. You will be instrumental in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to align with the company's operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions for new and existing staff members at various branches. - Design, update, and improve training materials and programs according to business requirements. - Identify training needs by collaborating with department heads and analyzing performance trends. - Utilize various instructional techniques such as presentations, workshops, and role-play to ensure impactful sessions. - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes. - Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and results. - Act as a primary contact for all training-related inquiries and provide support. - Ensure consistent delivery of training across multiple locations and departments. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven expertise in Training and Development. - Strong Communication and Presentation skills. - Demonstrated Leadership and Team Management capabilities. - Willingness to travel and work on-site at different branches as necessary. - Self-motivated with a proactive and professional demeanor. - Previous experience in the retail or jewellery sector is advantageous.
