Job Title: Corporate Trainer Java, React & Reasoning (Contract)

Location: Hyderabad

Contract Type: Contract (Full-time)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to train freshly hired graduates and make them industry-ready. The trainer will design and deliver intensive, real-time, project-driven training on Reasoning, Core Java, Advanced Java and React, aligned with corporate standards and real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured training programs for freshers covering:

1. Reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking

2. Core Java

3. Java ecosystem basics (JDBC, REST APIs, build tools like Maven/Gradle)

4. Frontend development with React (components, hooks, state management, routing, API integration, Responsiveness)

5. Basic software engineering practices (Git, code reviews, debugging, unit testing)

• Create real-time use cases and mini-projects simulating corporate product and service environments.
• Train students as if they are in their onboarding phase into a live project (agile ceremonies, daily standups, task breakdown, estimations).
• Assess learner progress through assignments, coding tests, hackathons, and project evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring, doubt resolution, and continuous feedback to improve technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training content with company tech stack and project needs.
• Prepare and maintain training content: slide decks, exercises, project briefs, and evaluation rubrics.
• Report batch progress, performance, and readiness to the management team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-7 years of hands-on software development experience in Java and React (or equivalent frontend framework), with at least 3-5 years in corporate/technical training or mentoring roles.
• Strong knowledge of:

1. Core Java, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design fundamentals

2. RESTful API concepts and integration

3. React (functional components, hooks, state management, basic performance optimization)

• Solid grounding in logical reasoning, aptitude, and problem-solving training for freshers.
• Experience building and explaining real-world projects and end-to-end use cases.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD basics, code quality, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with fresh graduates and non-experienced candidates, starting from fundamentals and scaling them to production-ready level.

Good to Have

1. Backend frameworks (Spring Boot/Node.js)

2. Cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)

3. Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library)

4.Prior experience in campus-to-corporate training.

5.Ability to include non-technical modules: corporate etiquette, email writing, teamwork, and agile mindset.
