Corporate Trainer

As an expert Corporate Trainer specializing in Product Development (PD), Design Verification (DV), and Embedded Systems, your role will involve creating, delivering, and improving technical training programs to enhance the skills of engineering teams and elevate technical excellence within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and delivering customized training modules in PD, DV, and Embedded Systems such as ARM, RTOS, C/C++, SystemVerilog, UVM, etc. - Conducting technical needs assessments to align training programs with project and organizational goals - Leading hands-on workshops, simulation exercises, and advanced bootcamps for mid-level and senior engineers - Developing digital and hybrid training assets like videos, e-learning modules, and live sessions You will be tasked with continuously evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, implementing certification frameworks for skill validation, and maintaining training quality through industry research and internal feedback loops. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering, R&D, and HR teams to schedule training, support onboarding of new engineers, and act as a mentor for technical growth within the team. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Masters in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with 10-15 years of experience in technical training, engineering, or a similar domain with hands-on exposure to PD/DV/Embedded. Technical expertise in Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, RTOS, IoT protocols, SoC Design, Verification methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM), EDA tools, and agile engineering practices is essential. You should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in corporate L&D, technical university partnerships, or coaching roles, recognized certifications in Embedded Systems or Design Verification, and familiarity with EdTech tools like Moodle, Articulate, and LMS platforms.
