Job Title: ISACA Trainer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and certified ISACA Trainer to deliver high-quality instruction for ISACA’s globally recognized certifications and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT governance, risk, cybersecurity, and audit, along with proven teaching or corporate training experience.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT/virtual ILT) for one or more ISACA certifications, such as:
• CISA — Certified Information Systems Auditor
• CISM — Certified Information Security Manager
• CRISC — Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control
• CGEIT — Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT
• COBIT Framework
• CDPSE / CSX Cybersecurity courses
• Provide engaging, clear, and interactive training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate exam preparation, including practice questions, case studies, and real-world scenarios.

Curriculum & Content

• Develop, update, and customize course materials aligned with ISACA guidance.
• Create supplementary learning resources (slides, labs, assessments, handouts).
• Ensure training content reflects current industry best practices, emerging threats, and updated ISACA frameworks.

Learner Support

• Mentor and guide students through certification preparation.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a supportive and professional learning environment.

Quality & Administration

• Track attendance, assessments, and course outcomes.
• Gather and analyze learner feedback to improve future delivery.
• Collaborate with training coordinators, program managers, and subject matter experts.

Required Qualifications

• Active certification in one or more ISACA credentials (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CDPSE).
• 3–7 years of experience in IT audit, information security, governance, risk management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in classroom or virtual training delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of ISACA domains, exam structures, and professional practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple ISACA certifications.
• Additional credentials (e.g., CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, PMP, ITIL).
• Experience developing professional or academic curriculum.
• Experience with adult learning methodologies and instructional design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,937.38 - ₹90,025.06 per month
