We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. hewill provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.A corporate trainer is an experienced educator.hisabilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel. Responsibilities: 
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.Design effective training programs.Select and bookvenues.Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.Support and mentor new employees.Keep attendance and other records.Manage training budgets.Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.Monitor employee performance and response to training.Proven experience as corporate trainer.Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset.Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.Organizationaland time management abilities.Critical thinking and decision making.Critical ThinkingCorporate trainers will have to develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught. Trainers will have to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.Decision MakingCorporate trainers will have to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.Communication Skills:
  • Corporate trainers need to speak present to groups of employees, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management and meet with vendors. They must be friendly, clear, strong speakers.ManagementTrainers might be in charge of training staff, or need to motivate and train large groups of employees.Corporate training specialists may find work with a major company or corporation. They help motivate, guide and train employees to maximize their efficiency, their abilities and their happiness. Some training specialists are hired full-time by a company as part of their human resources team while others work as consultation specialists for a specific amount of time.The actual training that takes place is entirely dependent upon the needs of the company, but may involve careful instruction and repetition to ensure that an employee understands exactly what the company expects of them. This training may involve precise demonstration of actions to be followed, or it may focus on informing an employee of the goals and protocol of the specific company. A specialist may be hired to give the actual training, to create training manuals or programs or to evaluate the results.
