Program Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Liaise with AIM (NITI Aayog), ACIC management, fellows, industries, resource persons, and partner agencies to drive program success.
• Plan, schedule, and organize training programs, expert guest sessions, pitch events, exposure visits, and promotional activities for ACIC CEOs and fellows.
• Develop budgets for events and training, secure approvals, and manage expenditures efficiently.
• Conduct site visits as needed and capture compelling stories of change from grassroots innovators nationwide.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including best practices, case studies, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and NITI Aayog for timely updates on the ACIC M&E portal.
• Facilitate smooth fellowships, innovation challenges, CIF bootcamps, startup support, and partnerships with ACICs, IITs/IIMs, corporate mentors, and experts for vernacular content translation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in human resources, MBA in Rural Management, MSW, or related field.
• 3+ years of project coordination experience with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Strong industry networks and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with industry partners and cross-functional teams.
