Corporate Trainer

About the Role:

content creation, facilitation skills, and the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  designing and preparing training content, modules, and learning materials

  .
• Participate in our

  Train-the-Trainer program

  to develop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Conduct pilot training sessions for employees and new joiners.
• Collect feedback from participants to improve content and delivery.
• Support L&D team in

  organizing corporate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives

  .
• Track and report on

  training effectiveness and learning outcomes

  .

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline; preference for HR, Psychology, Business, or Communication background).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for

  teaching, coaching, and people development

  .
• Ability to create engaging content and deliver it effectively.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and take ownership.

Stipend & Growth Opportunity:

• Internship stipend:

  Up to ₹20,000/month

• Full-time offer (based on performance):

  ₹5 LPA
