Role-1


Corporate Trainer- Embedded Hardware


Required skills:


➢ Candidates should have a demonstrated history of mentoring or teaching, preferably using unconventional, project-based learning strategies. Experience with research labs and innovation centers is also beneficial.

➢ Candidates must have a solid understanding of electronics theory, principles, and their practical applications. Deep knowledge of electronic components, systems, and design principles is required.

➢ Candidates should have experience in solving complex issues using systematic, logical approaches.

➢ Ability to express complex ideas clearly and build effective working relationships is crucial.

➢ Candidates must be willing and able to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.


Responsibilities:


➢ Create and organize the training content and associated databases to ensure easy access to learning materials for all team members.

➢ Responsible to facilitate training for new team members to ensure they are adequately prepared for their roles.

➢ Serve as a representative for UTS during campus recruitment drives, conducting technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.

➢ Act as a UTS representative in organizing technical events, demonstrating the organization's commitment to continuous learning and industry engagement.


Role-2


Corporate Trainer- Embedded Software


Required skills:


o Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python. o Proficiency in embedded systems coding, with hands-on experience in programming microcontrollers using their native IDEs.

o Proven experience in delivering training on C, C++, Python, and Embedded Systems.

o Ability to break down complex technical concepts into understandable and engaging training sessions.

o Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing comprehensive training materials, technical documents, and reports. o Strong oral presentation skills for delivering clear and effective training sessions.

o Knowledge of programming various microcontrollers, familiar with their development environments, and able to guide trainees in this area.


Responsibilities:


o Coordinate project-oriented internal training programs for new recruits, ensuring they are adequately prepared for their roles.

o Organize and manage knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for employees at project closure, facilitating smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.

o Develop, organize, and maintain training content and a database of training resources, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

o During campus recruitment drives, conducting technical interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates

o Organizing and conducting technical events, seminars, and workshops, showcasing the company’s expertise and engaging with the broader technical community.
