Corporate Tax Senior Consultant

As a Corporate Tax Senior Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid environment across various locations in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, and Waterford. You will be part of a high-performing team in a Big 4 Tax practice, combining exceptional knowledge, local expertise, and cutting-edge technology platforms to provide market-leading Tax services. Your role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance and advisory services. You will collaborate with internal teams, lead the preparation and review of tax computations, deliver advisory projects, interpret changes in tax legislation, represent clients in engagements with Irish Revenue, and identify business development opportunities within existing client portfolios. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients - Lead the preparation and review of tax computations and returns - Deliver tax advisory projects including restructuring and cross-border transactions - Interpret changes in tax legislation and advise clients - Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting - Utilize tax technology platforms and data analytics tools - Identify and pursue business development opportunities - Mentor and guide junior team members - Support performance reviews and talent growth within the team To qualify for this role, you should be: - Qualified or partially qualified in ACA, law, and/or Tax; or AITI qualified - Experienced in a tax role in practice or industry - Technically strong and keen to develop further Skills and attributes for success: - Self-motivated and ambitious - Evolving technical, interpersonal, and client relationship skills - Desire to advance in client relationships and business development - Track record of delivering quality service to clients At EY, you will receive a competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive benefits package that includes support for flexible working, career development, and a range of benefits tailored to your needs.
