As a candidate for this opportunity, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You will be tasked with new business development in the corporate sector within the Financial and Insurance segments. Your role will involve leveraging your CXO and CFO connections to establish relationships with large corporates, thereby opening doors for potential business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and cultivating new business prospects within the corporate sector through various means such as networking, referrals, and cold calling. - Establishing and nurturing client relationships to gain insights into their insurance requirements and ensure their satisfaction. - Crafting and delivering customized proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions that align with the specific needs of corporate clients. - Engaging in negotiations with underwriters to secure optimal policies for clients while adhering to compliance standards. - Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies accordingly. - Collaborating with internal teams, including operations and underwriting, to offer holistic insurance solutions to clients. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience and a strong network of CXO and CFO contacts in the B2B segment, particularly within Financial and Insurance domains. - Proficiency in new business development strategies, client relationship management, and proposal preparation. - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate underwriting processes effectively. - Sound knowledge of industry regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance. - Demonstrated market awareness and the capacity to adapt sales approaches based on market dynamics. - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
